Initial Consultation
This 90-minute session is a deep dive into understanding your body and what you’re here to work on. We’ll go through a detailed intake, movement assessment, and neurological muscle testing to identify imbalances and areas of tension that may be contributing to pain or restriction.
From there, we’ll use hands-on bodywork to help release tension and restore balance, followed by movement and breathwork to stabilize your body depending on what you need most.
By the end of the session, we’ll create an action plan and outline a program designed to help you move forward with less pain, more stability, and greater strength and freedom in your movement over the long term.
Private Session
After Initial Consultation. These sessions blend hands-on bodywork and movement-based training to help you reduce pain, improve mobility and stability, and restore balance in the body. Depending on what you need, treatments may include Deep Tissue, Neurokinetic Therapy, Structural Integration, Tui Na (Chinese Medical Massage), Cupping, Gua Sha, Thai, or Sports Massage techniques, combined with customized strength and movement work to re-pattern neuromuscular connections. Each session is tailored to meet you where you’re at and progresses at a pace that supports your goals. My aim is to give you the tools and fundamentals to understand your body, build awareness, and move freely, while helping you integrate movement into your life as a lasting foundation for strength, balance, and resilience.
Movement Mastery Class
After Completing Initial Consult + 2 Private sessions minimum.
You're welcome to Join the Movement Mastery Class. These small group sessions are limited to four people to keep the experience personal and focused. Each class is built around your goals, injuries, and passions.
Every client follows their own customized program during class while I juggle between each client to check form, answer questions, and make sure you’re progressing safely and pain-free.
The goal is to help you stay consistent, keep improving, and be part of a supportive community that makes training both fun and sustainable.
