This 90-minute session is a deep dive into understanding your body and what you’re here to work on. We’ll go through a detailed intake, movement assessment, and neurological muscle testing to identify imbalances and areas of tension that may be contributing to pain or restriction.
From there, we’ll use hands-on bodywork to help release tension and restore balance, followed by movement and breathwork to stabilize your body depending on what you need most.
By the end of the session, we’ll create an action plan and outline a program designed to help you move forward with less pain, more stability, and greater strength and freedom in your movement over the long term.

After Initial Consultation. These sessions blend hands-on bodywork and movement-based training to help you reduce pain, improve mobility and stability, and restore balance in the body. Depending on what you need, treatments may include Deep Tissue, Neurokinetic Therapy, Structural Integration, Tui Na (Chinese Medical Massage), Cupping, Gua Sha, Thai, or Sports Massage techniques, combined with customized strength and movement work to re-pattern neuromuscular connections. Each session is tailored to meet you where you’re at and progresses at a pace that supports your goals. My aim is to give you the tools and fundamentals to understand your body, build awareness, and move freely, while helping you integrate movement into your life as a lasting foundation for strength, balance, and resilience.

Every client follows their own customized program during class while I juggle between each client to check form, answer questions, and make sure you’re progressing safely and pain-free.

The goal is to help you stay consistent, keep improving, and be part of a supportive community that makes training both fun and sustainable.

His lifelong goal is to live pain-free beyond the age of 135 while continuing to teach, motivate, and guide individuals in exploring the concept of balance through natural human movement and connection to their bodies.

Despite experiencing a great deal of pain, Andy has remained curious and actively sought ways to manage his discomfort while maintaining his athletic pursuits. From “bad knees” to chronic inflammation and dislocated shoulders, Andy’s early struggles motivated him to continually seek out new methods for overcoming pain.

Over the past 10 years, he has connected with over 30 top trainers, physical therapists, doctors, healers, bodyworkers, and chiropractors in the industry, attending numerous workshops, certifications, and seminars. Drawing from their best practices, he has developed his own unique style of training, focused on identifying the root causes of pain and helping individuals eliminate it.

Whether someone’s goals are weight loss, building muscle, rehab, or simply toning up, Andy believes that everything starts with movement. He recognizes that everyone is built differently, and therefore the specific details of each individual’s movement matter greatly. By performing the right assessments and personalizing his approach to each client, Andy is able to help them achieve their unique goals.
